Another job boxed off, and another happy DHM client. Customer took on the tiling, painting and what will be the bath panel themselves, but everything else completed by us - floor boards removed to relocate plumbing for new layout, new radiator installation, suite and furniture fitted, addition of the thermostat shower and PVC laminate flooring laid. Nearly set for a lovely family to move into their new home.

Another bathroom transformation by DHM and M.Amos. Started out as a separate toilet and bathroom. The customer ripped the dividing wall and old suite out and in we went to work our magic. Replastered throughout, relocation of toilet, sink, bath, shower and radiator, tiled, and new electrics (subcontracted). Customer is painting the room themselves, but we will be returning next week once they've had their new windows fitted to hang a new door and address window reveals.

Our last job of 2020, a surprisingly big transformation, with the master bedroom being re-plastered, and the other room having lots and lots and LOTS of wall repairs. Both rooms have had new flooring and skirting, re-decoration, woodwork glossed and fixtures & fittings sorted. Just need to drop back in the new year to fit new sockets and switches, but we managed to get the rooms 99.9999% complete in time for Christmas, and make yet another DHM customer happy 😁

So today we start another full renovation, in Great Barr. 6 rooms, set for plastering, redecoration, new laminate & skirting, new internal doors and a few other odd jobs, this being the first room, the customers office. What a transformation 😲😲 41 year old bathroom remodelled with the addition of an en-suite in the master bedroom. All work completed by DHM and Mark Amos, stud walls, plastering, plumbing, drainage, carpentry, tiling, fitting... Although we did subcontract an electrician, and a plumber to fit a pump, but all other plumbing completed by us, including additional central heating. Still a few things left to box it all off, electrican due to second fix, a little grouting left, toilet, mirror and a few niggles in the en-suite and sealant throughout, and bit of a clean and tidy up, but overall we're pretty much there. Message us for any home improvement needs, and thank you to all our customers this year ❤

Onto another one, this one for the most difficult and critical customer... my wife 😬 as this is our own bathroom. The old suite coming out today, lots of repairs to do, new electrics, electric shower coming out to be replaced with a mixer shower, relocation of the radiator and a bit of a shift around with the plumbing before the new suite, floor and tiles go in. Updates to follow, but this one will be a slow burner as it'll be done inbetween the other jobs we've got booked in.
