Just a brief note from Jamie and I to say thank you for the work that you undertook this morning at B63 4JP.

From the point of first attending the property to view the work I wanted a quote for, to the prompt issuing of a quote, through to the courtesy telephone call to confirm the time that you were attending today has been nothing but impressive.

Prompt arrival, quick to set, up tirelessly working during extremely hot temperatures the team quietly, quickly and efficiently undertook the work quoted for. I had total trust in your professional opinion for the work that you undertook. Then just as you were beginning to clear up I threw in the request for a quote for a tree in the rear garden. I was surprised when you said you could deal with it today for what I considered a nominal increase on the original quote.

You and your team left the exterior of the ground looking so neat and tidy, no evidence of any tree pruning. rogue leaves or other evidence of your presence.

I will willingly recommend you and your company to friends and would be happy to provide any customer who wanted to "check out" your operation with positive feedback.
