One thing I'd say to any tradesmen or small business owners is don't be afraid to get your face out there and show people what you do. The videos have helped bring in a huge amount of work for us, and they also give customers confidence in the work we do because they can see exactly what they're getting before they even pick up the phone.

The customer wanted a cosy, timeless fireplace, and I think we nailed it. 🔥

This installation features an Ecosy Elk wood-burning stove, sandalwood brick slips, a grey sandstone hearth, and a Focuscast non-combustible beam in Character Honey Oak.

Of course, the real quality control inspector was the customer's dog, who seemed more interested in the warm spot in front of the stove than the craftsmanship. 🐶🔥
