It's Dumfries Market day.

Just up past the clock tower, and more stalls down by the fountain.

I've got some perennial fuchsias and the first of the potted dahlias today, plus a selection of hardy perennials and a few annuals left.

Thanks to everyone who has supported Borringtons at Dumfries Market over the last couple of months, it's been great to find out about your gardens, try and help with plant problems, and see the plants going to great 'homes'.

Planning to be along on a regular basis until the end of the season, weather permitting of course!!

Big thank you to everyone who came along to Dumfries Market yesterday. Had a great day again, chatting about gardens, and trying to give helpful advice and I'd never have thought I'd sell out of rhubarb plants in one market!

It's Dumfries Market day. Sun is out, and it's lovely and warm.

Honey and Bear BBQ is here, and the smell of the BBQ is already wafting across town, there's a great selection of fruit and veg, clothing and arts and crafts, as well as Batter & Patter with their amazing gluten free treats.

It's forecast to start raining after 3pm, so head down while the sun is out.

It's Dumfries Market tomorrow, looking like it's going to be a fair weather day until about 3pm.

Brand new stock will be available on the tables.

Had some requests last Market for a few items, so if that was you, and you didn't already get your hands on some.

I've got pink/red astilbes, lily of the valley and the climbing roses will be available and are just starting to bud.

I have a limited amount of zonal geraniums, trailing begonias, strawberry plants and rhubarb, and if anyone wants horseradish, it's just starting to sprout again, i'll bring pots with 5 roots each along, that can be transplated into your garden.

Just picked up new stock ready for next Dumfries Market .

Got some brand new plants, as in ones I've never stocked before, but just a few of each, so head down early just incase!

As requested, I also have strawberry plants, zonal geraniums, and trailing begonias.

Found a few houseplants too.

Come down and say hi, tag a friend who loves plants, seeds and gardens.
