We started by power washing the roof to remove dirt and debris, followed by a fungal treatment wash to ensure all moss, algae, and lichen were completely eliminated — giving us the perfect clean surface to work on.

We then applied two coats of our high-performance 400-micron Terracotta Flex Roof Paint, providing not only a beautiful fresh look but long-lasting protection against the elements. ☀️🌧️❄️
