All new skirtings and doors painted fresh brilliant water based white satin.
Hall, kitchen and bedroom refreshed in silk chic shadow, (grey) with bedroom having a new feature wall. 👌👌

Great idea with x3 glass doors allowing light to reflect through the house opening it up and creating an illusion of space,

Double doors removed and creating an open plan kitchen-lounge. Repairing kitchen wall and repainting the kitchen in this great pink making the newly fitted kitchens green stand out brilliantly 👏 👌♥️

🚻🚽 Bathroom renovation completed, 🚽🚻

‼️Elderly resident was concerned about a lasting leak which had soaked the flooring and dangerously sagging and rotten. ‼️

All supplied and fitted by Xpress Maintenance inc new joists and flooring supports.

Would like to thank Grant for getting in touch regarding his concerns for his dad.
