Last 2 bathrooms we posted are budget bathrooms. Showing people that they can achieve a beautiful looking bathroom with whatever budget they have and we try to accommodate them. This bathroom is a bit more high end. Customer had own ideas and worked with M&M Bathroom and Kitchen designers to come up with design they liked. Customer picked all materials themselves and I think it’s came together beautifully. They picked the wet wall from the Fibo range and went with 3 different colours. Blended in beautifully with the grey furniture. We also created an alcove with lights to show off the mirror, also a small Neish with lights in shower area and beside floating toilet. Rest off the walls and ceiling were plastered then decorated. I think you’ll all agree! Stunning finish ❤️x

The wobbly wall bathroom!! Smaller bathrooms cause more bother than large ones 😂 insurance job this one. Had to redo the bathroom best we could with little space to work with. New double glazed units installed also and a 5m x 3m parador ceiling in kitchen with new lights fitted due to ceiling being flooded and collapsing.

Another completed job. We were asked to convert an attic into a bedroom for young Ciaran. So we had to shorten the original bathroom and add in a new doorway to what would be the access to the Attic. Build a new partition to separate the rooms, we then added in a new space saving staircase, new velux windows, new insulation, floors and walls in attic area. Walls then plastered and painted. Bathroom was then redesigned, customer picking all materials off their choice. We then fitted new bathroom altering all plumbing etc, fitting new stunning wet wall and fittings, new ceiling and flooring. Chris did all his own electrical works. Got asked to renovate this studio 2 bedroom flat. New kitchen, new bathroom all to customers design and choice off materials, new electrical works and storage heaters etc, sliding wardrobes, fully decorated, doors, facing and skirtings. @ #

What a year it’s been this year for myself and Craig. 58 kitchens and bathrooms! Attic conversions! Flooring jobs! Doors! Double glazing jobs! House renovations! Over 30 houses now with maintenance programmes! The list goes on. Thank you to all our suppliers, M&M Bathroom and kitchen world, Ceiling to Floor, Matrix , Howdens etc etc. We would like to thank our customers new and old for the works you’ve given us thank you. Lovely couple from Glasgow got in touch with ourselves regarding doing some works in a new holiday home they’d purchased in Kilconquhar Fife after being let down and ripped off from another contractor. We were recommended to them by few people. So off we went through to have a look. New kitchen, new electrics, new oak floors, new oak doors, new bathroom. We agreed to do the works for them and I think you’ll all agree it’s looking fantastic. Craig Breen

This year has certainly started with a bang! Been so so busy. Here’s pictures of a little bathroom we did in Forfar few weeks back. Lots more pictures of other jobs to come soon. Thanks again guys. Customer supplied all sanitary ware for this bathroom, they also picked the wet wall, flooring and ceiling panels from matrix distribution turning this into lovely more modern bathroom with black trimmings
