All approvals complete, on a single storey bedroom/wet room extension with ramped access plus door widening scheme. The builder has the extension well under way, the roof is on and the building is now water tight with all the lead work done. First fix electrical and plumbing can start. Exterior doors and windows now in place plus concrete access ramp in place. Access handrails to be installed soon.
