we offer a fully tailored finish with various details. this is a simple boxed paneling with precision routered edges.

the paneling is fitted, 3 coats of primer then painted in an eggshell finish making it tough and easy to wipe clean.

can be applied to kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, staircases. most people opt for it to be up to a dado finish, this can also be taken up to a picture rail finish. choices are endless

kitchen refurbishment. zero maintenance with easy wipe clean surfaces everywhere.
we were tasked with transforming the room to the customers spec where no painting will be needed (other than doors)

an old and dated kitchen was removed for an ultra modern wood effect, marble style laminate worktops and push to open concealed handle less finish.
All the walls have been finished with a marble effect pvc wet wall, the ceiling has pvc tongue and groove with led daylight downlighters. the flooring is finished in a vinyl click wood effect planks.

a new ceramic sink, pull out cooker hood add to the clean look of the kitchen.

pvc ceiling and daylight white downlighters, nice concrete grey tiles, vinyl click flooring and a high gloss white suite. the room is light fresh and modern.

concealed shower unit, rainfall head and handheld shower head. the ideal layout for a shower over a bath.

a new garden office.

this is a purpose built home office for one of our clients. built from scratch on site, this is not a kit build.

this is an all season, heated, secure, and comfortable place to work

the building consist of 100mm kingspan insulation, 4x2 framing , pvc windows and doors, maintenance free box profile roofing and walls to the boundaries ( no need to worry about squeezing into a space to paint the back etc ) the timber front and side is finished in a beautiful cedar cladding,
the interior is finished with downlighting, electric radiator, plasterboard walls and ceiling, ethernet cable and power points.

the floor is a reclaimed gym hall hardwood floor from an edinburgh salvage company.

this is a top spec finish and will be a focal point of any garden.

kitchen refurbishment from last year, - a really nice large family kitchen with breakfast seating.

we almost doubled the storage in this kitchen by removing the dining area and installing a whole new wall of units and workspace.

this kitchen has all the mod cons, wine cooler large fridge freezer, under counter freezer, hi spec induction hob and hood. new oven with slide away door, integrated dishwasher.

on the cooking side the wall cabinets have double hinged lift up doors, on the utility side the full height wall cabinets add tons of storage.

the doors are a high gloss cream, all the walls have wipe down splash backs, the kickplates have led downlighting and the ceiling is fitted with daylight white leds to make a very long and quite a dull room pop.

the new floor is a white oak hardwood flooring which is stunning.

Your eye is immediately drawn to this feature bath in this stunning top of the top of the top of the range family bathroom.

this was a large scale renovation in a property that's over 120 years old. everything has moved position, all concealed pipe work. top of the range large format porcelanosa tiles, chevron feature wall. underfloor heating + traditional towel rail.

beautiful freestanding sink unit, traditional toilet and cistern, frameless hinged shower enclosure with and ultra low profile tray. concealed shower unit with rainfall head and handheld.

all the items are polished nickel finish , led downlighters have been installed in the ceiling, wall lights and large mirror.

a great transformation

This is a recent job we have just completed, stunning family bathroom, freestanding bath, marble mosaic rainfall shower, wall hung sink with double drawers, back to wall toilet and a very cool mirror with dual led and built in bluetooth speakers.
The room is covered with high quality porcelain tiles creating an immediate focal point with the floor leading to the freestanding bath with waterfall floor mounted taps.
The ceiling has a wipe clean and mold free pvc paneling with daylight white led downlighters. Both the shower and bath have cut outs for storage shelfs. The shower has a low profile tray and frameless sliding enclosure.

full garden renovation and new garden outbuilding (office, bar, gym, shed).
loglap finish with boxprofile roofing and boundary walls. zero maintenance to the difficult to reach areas. pvc patio doors, interior and exterior lighting and power. we gave this building an extra large overhang to offer extra shade from the sun or protection from the rain.

The garden has had a full makeover with sleeper planters, natural limestone paving to create various patio areas throughout the garden, small side shed and top of the range artificial grass.
This new garden will need a little hose down and a brush across the grass and paving every couple of weeks. easy to look after meaning more time relaxing and enjoying it.
