A great returning customer who called us to say his father's boiler was coming off the wall.. literally... The previous service agent should have resolved this asap... We got the go ahead so was fully drained, removed, and re-hung properly.. couldn't believe it was put up with 2x 1" screws 🤣..
Boiler inhibitor added and refilled, then a service once it was up and running.
Boiler required service at the mums too in which both these boilers clearly show a lack of proper service for a good 2yrs, customer desision to now have us returned each year for proper servicing 👍
