New Build Projects:

We’ve been working with a client on a new build up in Ellon this week, initially looking at the external mass and reviewing internal spaces before getting stuck into the technical detailing.

One of the main priorities for this project is to maximise energy efficiency, which we’ll aim to deliver through specification of renewable energy sources, SIPS construction and solar gains via considered orientation & glazing placement.
