Your piano may well be sounding a bit out of tune now after the extremes of weather in the last few months. The soundboard is affected by changes in humidity which causes it to expand and contract which in turn affects the strings and consequently the tuning.

The autumn is a good time to get the instrument tuned ahead of the longer winter nights.
