Sorry for being quiet on the page! A long few weeks with work and the house refurb. Got some great updates for you to see, just going through the pictures.

In the meantime here's a lovely new door casing and frame I fitted to the project house.

It's so satisfying when you get a clean and precise finish.
A few minor repairs to the wall where it wasn't plumb for the frame (joys of older houses!) And we're good to go on the ensuite door.

I've not decided what to do with that one yet as it's an unusual size, so changing the frame could be a pain! It's also very wonky!

Some little bits of history we found during the renovation work, some of you might find this interesting! A joplings advert from 1962, a children's book from about the same time, printed in 'Western Germany' as it was back then! My favourite has to be the long multiplication sums pencilled on the brick work, possibly over 100 hundred years ago when the house was built circa 1916! I wonder they were working out! 🤔

When a landlord contacted us for a yard clearance we delivered, w**ded and cleared, then sprayed to keep those pesky plants at bay! This job took 3hrs and cost the client £120.00 + £50.00 for the additional w**d treatment! Another job 💪🌱🚫
