We wrapped up this beautiful project on Friday for our customer in Coxhoe, using Invictus Snow LVT tile flooring.

As you can see, preparation is everything in achieving a top-quality finish. This one’s a little different from the usual, but the end result is absolutely stunning.

We’re excited to show off one of our latest projects just completed in Langley Park… and what a transformation it is! A full downstairs renovation carried out by the team at Elite from start to finish.

From preparation through to installation, every detail was handled with care, precision, and pride. The results speak for themselves; a real wow moment! Our customer is absolutely delighted, and so are we.

The flooring featured is Midsummer Oak Small Parquet, a stunning choice that brings warmth, style, and a finish that’s sure to be admired by everyone who sees it.

We’ve just completed another fantastic project for a customer in Seaham, and we at Elite couldn’t be happier with the result. They carefully prepped the flooring to perfection before professionally installing this beautiful Forest Oak floor, with real care and attention to every detail.

Afternoon all. Hope you are staying dry on this wet and windy day.

Well… where do we start.

Uncovering the hidden issues is all part of delivering a quality floor.

On this recent project, once we uplifted the existing floor covering we discovered underlying damp problems within the subfloor. To ensure a long-lasting result, we fully prepared the surface by grinding the subfloor back to remove contaminants and create the perfect base.

We then applied a damp proof membrane (DPM) to help prevent future moisture issues, followed by a smoothing compound to achieve a perfectly level surface ready for installation.

The final finish… a stunning LVT herringbone from the Chester Lewis Abbot, Chester Square range, bringing a timeless and premium look to the space.

Preparation is everything when it comes to flooring, and this install is a great example of why the right process matters.

Our customer in Durham was amazed at the final result and all involved could not be happier.

We hope you’re all having a grea week. With the days getting brighter and a new season just around the corner, it feels like the perfect time for fresh starts and beautiful transformations.

The finish speaks for itself; timeless, refined, and full of character. We couldn’t be prouder of the result, and seeing our customer so delighted makes it all worthwhile.
