When our team members love what they do, it shows in every space they care for.

In Lancashire at a Waythrough care home for young adults in recovery, our More Time facility management team works hand-in-hand with the staff to ensure a clean, functional space for its residents. We recognise the essential work completed by our partner organisation, which is why we were so proud to receive Louisa's wonderful feedback which celebrated our amazing cleaner Lynne:

"Lynne is absolutely amazing; she settled straight in, is very proactive, does a very thorough job, and all the staff and residents adore her... We wanted you to know how good she is, and how much she is valued!"

Lynne's commitment and passion to her role have been obvious from the beginning. Seeing that dedication recognised by the care home staff, residents, and even visiting district nurses is what we strive for on every single contract.
