Hazmat suits are off.
Practically took everything back to brick to start again.
Took weeks to dry it out.
Was a pond under living room 🤦‍♂️
Floors up and new timber beams and boards ✅
All damp works complete.✅
Full re wire✅
New gas supply plus full new heating system ✅
Re boarded and skimmed✅
New kitchen ✅
New bathroom ✅
New windows ✅
All painted ✅
All new doors and skirtings ✅
New carpets and Lino ✅
Plus everything in between 🫣🤔💪🏻💪🏻
Still waiting on gas metre and boiler this week.
Another ready for someone to call home.😉🏚️🏡
