Humble enough to admit this particular job ran me through the mill twice over.
All needed damp proofing, the old stuff was like bell iron.
Lath ceiling had to come down because it was loose, usually not to bad but it had multiple repairs with plasterboard and rusted screws in the beams.... grr.
Had terrible wood worm, which needed sorted the same day it was found...
Old bodged cornice had to come down too, more bell iron im sure 👀.
And to top it off the walls were like the Indian ocean 🤯.
We got there in the end finally 🙌
