Slowly making it there own home, finished this one last week, think this is part 16 for our returning customers 😂we where asked to come back and get going again on there small WC room, and then attend to some plaster work around the landing area.
Great to see this house slowly transforming.

This system was looked after by a national company, well established, been around for yonks, drive blue vans, etc etc. quoted for a expensive power flush as the boiler was cycling on and off due to a blockage.
There’s the blockage inside the magna clean, doing its job, magna clean was cleaned, the pump was also changed as it too was hangin on its last breath, sound slightly aerated.
System all back up and running now, without any problems. Contact for quotes

Nice end to the week, both current bathrooms progressing nicely, the toilet room almost fully tiled in one hit, and the bathroom finally had the last wall plastered. Little service job on a 14year old combi, slowly falling burner gasket, customers now have options to repair or replace. After all that Fish and chip Friday was required Stapylton Steakhouse, ( sorry ate the lot without a photo) contact for free estimates on bathrooms, boilers, kitchens, building work, (customers supply food on Fridays🤣)

Don’t know why people let me in there homes, all we do is wreck the place, another good returning customer, this time there W/C is in for some TLC. Made short work of the old latt and plaster, all boarded now, and hardie backer boards down, all ready to start tiling

Boiler servicing doesn’t have to stop when the weather gets hot. Issues can be identified to make sure that little white box in the corner fires up, when there’s a cold snap.
Electrode issues on this Baxi, diagnosed at the time of service and swapped out.

Designer radiators installed for one of our good customers. Always nice to return to do further work for our customers. With this one we 1st fixed the pipework, then allowed the customer to repair and finish decorating the walls behind, before re attending to hang, bleed and confirm they warmed up nicely. It takes nothing to work with the customers and not against them.

A bank of Viessmann’s, all serviced, ranging from 3 yr to over 10 yrs old, all performing correctly, all be it one with a blocked Hot water Heat exchanger, (we cant blame the boiler for that) but now flushed out and banging out hot water once more.
