Isn't nature wonderful!.... I've been watching this lovely little hummingbird hawk moth enjoying my flowers this evening....

My home is filled with flowers from the plot at the moment! Just bringing the garden inside to enjoy!

Huge bucket of flowers picked from the allotment this morning!

Tip: cut early in the morning and put straight into a bucket of water. Leave in the bucket for a day or 2 in a cool location (mine is a north facing porch). After a day or so arrange the flowers... they will last so much longer!

Wish they did 'scratch and sniff' on the phone for these!

They have been enjoyed by rose chafer beetles (the iridescent green ones) but they are still beautiful! That's what you get with organic gardening!

I've been lucky enough to spend this beautiful morning at the allotment today.... so here's an update of how it looks and what I've been up to...
Then I went for a lovely swim at the pool to cool off!.... just perfect!

I have found i just can't get to my allotment every day (sadly) and some things I just need to pick every day....so I now have a new veg and flower patch in my garden for picking!

I will be sowing lettuce, spinach and sweet peas to start with!.... most exciting!
