DK Architectural Services Ltd Dene King Architectural Services are a small architectural practice in South Tyneside.

Established in 2011, we have a proven track record of innovative design, effective problem solving and attention to quality and detail. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client whether a homeowner, architectural practice or commercial developer. DKAS undertake architectural and design work on private, residential, listed, commercial and industrial buildings along with projects including new builds, extensions, loft conversions and other bespoke property developments.

This project is nearing completion. It’s been interesting as the house type is very similar to my own. Had to make the most of limited space in the design & then on site, deal with the inherent problems of how Victorian buildings were sometimes built (there were no foundations under the rear kitchen wall 😳). Client is very happy to now move back in. Rendering is yet to be done.

A project now nearing completion. Many obstacles that could not have been predicted are now overcome. There’s always challenges that pop up with any building project (I’m sure you’ve seen the programmes) but having the right people on board is key. Lucky to have such patient & practical clients working with us towards the same goal who will get to enjoy the changes soon. Landscaping next!
