Some tools carry more than just weight, they carry history.

Today I found myself back on Johns ladder.
Second generation of our company.
Same ladder I stood on at 18, learning the trade the right way — no shortcuts, just honest work and traditional methods passed down hand to hand.

Almost 40 now, and that ladder still reminds me where this all started.
Grateful for the lessons, the patience, and the foundation he helped build.
