One of our best customers called last night as the lock failed on there shop! Key got trapped in the lock after it was opened. And wouldn't come out. Turned out the inside had failed and the lock needed replacing!!!

Had a customer call today. They just moved into a lovely new apartment and took all there furniture with them. Unfortunately they misplaced the keys to their much loved old wood cabinet. The keys are somewhere in the boxes but they can't unpack if they can't place items away in the units.

Opened it up no problems without any damage. ‼️‼️
