A lady called me saying her recently installed wet room was leaking and the installer was ignoring her pleas…

I came to the rescue and could see straight away issues with it.
The installer hadn’t stuck tiles up to the wall but left a gap and filled it with grout which is a big no no.
Only explanation I can see is laziness.

So I took off the bottom row of wall tiles and chopped out the floor grout and then stuck another row of floor tiles in and then replaced the bottom row of wall tiles.
Sealed the floor tiles as they are marble and then grouted.
Re-fitted the glass screen and mastic sealed all areas. Job done 👍🏼
