Came back to replace the roof above porch and 2 bay windows to repair the damp areas. The roof was replaced with Cromar vent3 breathable roofing felt, new BS5534 roofing battens and new/reclaimed tiles the customer already had. New grp valleys and the hips finished with ridge tiles. Customer is very happy with the end result 👍

Went to this one to remove 3 internal ceilings, after uncovering the 3 the customer decided for us to remove all the existing downstairs ceilings too as some were layer upon layer of plasterboard, poor repairs and damp in/ around bay windows/front porch.
The customer was very happy with the work completed and the tidiness that was left after work was completed 👍

Garden redesign completed over the summer.
The customer requested a larger seating and patio area with improved access to the upper garden. The garden has now been regraded to fall away from the house and completed over two levels with steps for easy access.
We also replaced the old wooden garage door with a new composite door for a modern, durable finish.
The customer is extremely happy with the final result 👍

This is a job from a few weeks before Christmas.
Customer had already purchased fence panels, trellis and posts to be installed. Posts left at full height for hanging baskets in the future.
The customer wanted a basic overhaul, starting with a good tidy up of overgrowth.
Then to tie in some slabs with their existing and filling in gaps with concrete to create a squared off area and to work within their budget. Installed a plant pot area topped with slate and 300mm round slabs and then turfed to finish.
Customer was very happy with end result and to keep it within their low budget too 👍
