Rising damp repair.

Consist’s of stripping the damp plaster back to brick, Drilling and applying a liquid dpc that leaches into the motor spreading out over time creating a barrier to damp. We then further Treat the wall with a damp proofing slurry that creates a permanent waterproof barrier preventing water leakage and damp. Lastly we re-plaster and re-fit the skirting boards etc.

Customer stated that he’s been experiencing damp for a number of years now. happy to have got this issue sorted for him ready for winter.

Just returned to repoint a property we completed some work on last year. Property is now Fully raked out and we’ve just started pointing, few more bricks to replace aswell , will get some more photos up once the job is complete👍
