Decking creation and a new fence I installed a few years ago, there’s also a an oak sleeper retaining wall just out of sight

Landscaped the front area adding drainage to take water from front of the building to a soakaway at the side, built a beautiful drystone wall and installed oak sleepers courtesy of (who also supplied the porch)

Before and after living room overhaul, sanded and stained floorboards after lifting old laminate flooring, decorated with a timeless chalky paint, installed new radiator, new skirting boards, mirror, door and floating shelves stained to match flooring - simple changes but really bringing the room to life
