Grandad Ted made me this beautiful chunky box from the ends of old fence posts ! I want a green wall and couldn’t quite bring myself to pay £100 for a good artificial trellis - I can’t do ARTIFICIAL!!! 😂 So a beautiful clematis, persian ivy and a royal red buddleia - we are going to put wires on the fence - so watch this space. 🤞

There really are some wonderful
Solar lights around now , these lit up at 2130 hrs last night and we’re still lit at 0430 this morning giving good light to the garden ! 💡

I am so, so proud of this garden, I designed this 2 years ago and keep in touch with the customer quite regularly. I am hoping to visit in the next few weeks and see for myself how it’s all looking! 🥰🌺🥰

Bulbs = surprises! I planted these Irises last autumn and forgot all about them! I didn’t even really notice them growing until they burst into this glorious colour.

I’d love to hear your views on artificial grass…. I really dislike it! I understand why it’s used for small plays areas but when people rip up their lawns and put this down , personally I think it looks horrendous. If you have pets in time it begins to smell and last summer saw temperatures rise to 35c + so you couldn’t even walk on your fake grass !! Share your thoughts …
