A first for me. Bishopstoke Parish Council need to relocate their war memorial to a new site and I was asked to do the drawings etc to get planning permission.
Drawings attached with the new design and a photograph of its location.
Really looking forward to seeing it all installed.

Happy new year!

Hope everyone had a great christmas?

Another finished extension. Single storey rear extension creating an open plan kitchen/diner/living area. Beautifully decorated and furnished. 2 large skylights bring a huge amount of light back in to the space and the bifold doors really bring a lot of light and the feeling of space in to the room.

I think it looks fantastic and am really happy with the way this turned out.

Good afternoon,

Another finished project in Chandlers Ford. Single storey rear extension with vaulted ceiling and velux windows. Opening up the kitchen and dining room space in to one, FANTASTIC, family space. The owners have done a spectacular job of decorating and I particularly like the change in flooring to delineate the living space. Matching bi-fold doors to the rear to bring the garden in to the house and let a fantastic amount of light back in to the room.
We also converted the garage to living space and a utility room.

New job just started in Romsey. Plan is to upgrade and extend an existing conservatory, including a new roof, bi fold doors and upgrade the insulation values to make it an all year-round space.
A public sewer on the site made things more complicated. Work has started and photo’s are attached. Paul, our client, is going to keep us up to date with regular pictures as it progresses.

One of our clients has sent in some photo's of his job in Sholing which is part way through. The plans were for a completely new roof including a dormer to create a master bedroom, bathroom and a first floor sitting room. I'm going to post much more regularly to keep what we're doing up to date and to give a general idea of the kind of work that we do.
1st one below. We submitted planning last week on a two storey rear extension in Chandlers Ford. I've attached a 3D view of the extension. Mick
