Wherever possible, we absorb these increases ourselves to keep costs fair and manageable for our customers — but the scale of some recent increases highlights the ongoing pressure within the industry.

From 1st June 2026, one of our suppliers has announced the following increases:

• Catnic Steel Lintels — 12%
• Building Chemicals & Adhesives — 11%
• Plastering Accessories — 12%
• Damp Proofing (Visqueen products) — 5% to 17%
• Lead Accessories — 10%
• Concrete Lintels & Concrete Padstones — 4.5%
• Ecology Products — 3%
• TLX Insulation — 6.5%
