Still plugging away at bits over the weekends.
Great to have a message from returning customers, we completed their first garden back in early 2024 and after moving properties, they chose to come back to us for a fresh job!
The drive across to Bridgend will never get any better😂

90SQM KANDLA GREY SANDSTONE & CONCRETE PANNEL FENCING

Another job over the line for our team up in rassau today. The great British weather is now in full swing and has given us a beating over the last 2 weeks😂

🪚 Full ripout completed, once again reminding us to never lay a job with 600x900 concrete slabs.
🪚 11 bays of concrete panel fencing in from DDconcrete & Timbers - landscaping and fencing supplies.
🪚 90sqm of mixed size Kandla grey sandstone down over 4 days.
Finished off with some fresh topsoil and path edgings to border planters etc

We’d like to thank Cal Edwards Groundworks & Landscaping for handing this job over to us. Cal has looked after us with some great jobs recently and is the man anyone in the landscaping game would want to learn and take some pointers off. (He doesn’t give himself the credit he deserves). Top bloke👍🏼

We still have availability for late this year, Output may be slightly slowly due to the weather but the end product is always the same regardless.

NEW WEEK… NEW PATIO JOB

Another 40sqm of Anthracite Porcelain pumped out for a great customer in Rassau.

Another job handed over to us by Cal Edwards Groundworks & Landscaping who is working on some larger projects around the area. Cal may not admit it but he’s as good as it gets when it comes to groundwork and landscaping so It’s great to take some work off Cal and have a few lessons on the job.

🪚 Upside down layed sandstone ripped up and removed via DT Waste,Gardening & Skip Hire
🪚 Full area membraned & stoned up
🪚 Steps bricked up & slabbed
🪚40 sqm of Anthracite grey procelain from DDconcrete & Timbers - landscaping and fencing supplies
🪚 Finished off with a carbon grout and acid wash

Another 50SQM Anthracite Grey Porcelain Patio knocked out for our butty Cal Edwards Groundworks & Landscaping, happy to do our bit and take some workload & lessons off the best in the business💥

Ripout completed and all waste disposed of using DT Waste,Gardening & Skip Hire👍🏼

50sqm of Anthracite Grey Porcelain slabs from DDconcrete & Timbers - landscaping and fencing supplies. Absolutely quality porcelain and not a single slab wasted on whole job👏

🪚Main Patio, Steps, Step faces finished with a carbon grout.
🪚Dwarf wall knocked up by Cal
🪚Small sleeper bed created to border existing planters.

Another 43SQM of Porcelain smashed out in nantyglo this week.
Customer had previously completed all the prep work and it was us he called to come in and dress it up the right way✅

Main Patio, Path, Steps & Copings all knocked out, followed by some anthracite Mapei external grout for a longer lasting premium finish.

We look forward to seeing the final photos when the artificial grass & split face tiles are added to the sleeper wall & step fronts👍🏼

We still have some small availability for November so get in touch and don’t miss out! This is our 3rd year in business and the furthest we have pushed into the year work wise with no signs of slowing down!

We’ve been fortunate enough to have some good weather over the last week to hit the jobs hard again, we have availability for November onwards…. Still pushing to continue external work.

85SQM BUFF SANDSTONE PATIO & SHED BASE COMPLETED IN FESTIVAL PARK!

Over the last 2 weeks we’ve had the great opportunity to complete another bit of work for Cal Edwards Groundworks & Landscaping. This time of year is challenging for even the well established business so we thank Cal enough for sending some work our way.

🪚Ripout completed with the gentle reminder that 600x900 concrete slabs are no joke😂
🪚Ground Prep Completed🪏
🪚 75sqm mixed size buff sandstone slabs laid from Hughes Forrest Builders Merchant🔨
🪚Sleeper boarder to retain subbase & patio🪵
🪚 Shed base laid reusing some of the 600x900 concrete slabs🏠
🪚Fresh front path laid with Cal joining us for a few hours work on the footings and new dwarf wall🧱

All waste removed by the best in the business DT Waste,Gardening & Skip Hire

The weather is giving us a beating at the moment but we are still taking on external projects until the ground starts to freeze.

Our van is off the road for the rest of the week for some work.

Nice little 2 day turnaround on this job down at the garden festival. Lawn out and 3 tonne of golden flint chippings in paired with some lovely golden rope twist path edgings.
Customers were absolutely great and the weather was the complete opposite!😂

We have availability for projects in September so get in touch to get booked in…
While we’re met with some horrendous weather at the moment we will continue to take on External projects until the ground starts to freeze!

Look out at the end of the week for another great patio we’ve knocked up recently!

A nice section of artificial grass installed today down in Tyllwyn.
Customer has had a great garden and summerhouse built and had to have the last small section finished off with a bit of colour.
Nice to break up our work with something a bit different before 3 large patio jobs on the head.

We have limited availability left for the year but will try to squeeze the jobs in until the weather puts a stop to it!

2 small jobs knocked out for customers in Willowtown & Tredegar this week. Both using mixed size Light grey Sandstone slabs.

Acos installed on the first to direct the water away from the wall foundations and black ice installed on the second to give the garden some character. With no water access on either Job we can only hope and pray for a good downpour to clear the dust layer away🤞.
