Dear All
Due to current circumstances we are currently unable to meet demand. We are a small team who can’t thank all our loyal customers enough, however over the past month we are experiencing over 400 phones calls a day. Although we have a dedicated member of the team answering calls full time, whilst taking one call we can receive over 5 plus calls taking that one order. At the end of each day we have over 100 voice mail messages we haven’t been able to listen to. As this is repetitive on a daily basis and with no sign of slowing we are sorry we can’t deal with everybody during this time.
Therefore please email your enquires to [email protected], if we can assist we will if we can’t we won’t respond. Please don’t be offended and understand we are doing our very best to deal with all orders at the earliest opportunity.
