Crazy how people avoid servicing unvented cylinders or just donā€™t think it is needed. This tank was showing a failed short circuit/resistance to earth due to corrosion on the element. Because this system runs a hot return it puts more stress on the immersion when working out of hours as the pump is running 24/7. It is fixed but for how long.
