Last year was an incredibly busy year for us, this is just a small snap shot of some of our completed projects. From bars and restaurants to hotel rooms and Category A listed office developments, we’ve been working hard. Excited for this year, which by all accounts will be even busier!
We pride ourselves on designing something different for every client, architecture and internal spaces that respond to the location and the client’s aspiration and vision.

We are super happy to be finalists for our second project, New Clarendon, Edinburgh, in The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025 in the Commercial Project of the Year category.
This was an exciting project for us where we radically transformed the interior spaces of a dated 1990s pastiche building in Edinburgh’s George Street.
The reception is transformed by reworking the staircase and opening up the entrance with a crittal screen, creating a more elegant space, car parking was cleared to create exemplar end of journey facilities and new roof terraces were formed on 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th floors, offering valuable external space with views of Edinburgh Castle and the Firth of Forth. The interior has been opened up and refreshed with Crittal style screens, exposed black servicing and beautiful bespoke joinery……a lot of hard work from the entire team!

Great news today! We are finalists in The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025 in 2 categories for our project at 19-23 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh: ‘Best Regeneration Project’ - Commercial and also ‘Commercial Project of the Year’. With an exciting brief from our client to create more varied spaces and a market shift towards ESG and wellbeing, we designed a floating landscaped deck, removing car parking below and delicately landing contemporary ‘pavilions’ on and below the deck to the rear of No 20 and 23. Refurbishment and some remodelling of the interior have created both enhanced facilities and accessibility, which has been a project we have loved working on, and most importantly reinvigorated these Category A listed buildings as prime office space in Edinburgh’s Newtown.

Very happy that our George Street office project, New Clarendon has been shortlisted in the , in the Commercial/ Office and Hotel category. This project delivers a complete overhaul of this previously dated building, which over the site’s history has had a Georgian townhouse, then replaced by a Modernist cinema constructed in 1963 and this was then demolished and replaced by Clarendon House in 1992, a pastiche of a Georgian townhouse. New Clarendon benefits from 5 new terraces, one as seen here, remodelled and opened up to the spectacular view of Edinburgh castle.

Morgan Architects teaching in Panama! Guy was delighted to be guest tutor in Panama a couple of weeks ago, teaching these awesome 2nd year architecture students. It was an honour to have Raisa Banfield, former Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Panama City and Manuel Trute, former Planning Director for Panama City, as guest critics. Their educated and inspired comments were invaluable for the students who all worked incredibly hard to deliver complex solutions for this ‘Foyer’ brief at a tripartite site in the heart of San Felipe. Amazing work guys! Thank you for having us, you were fantastic.
