Trimming a leylandii hedge in Buckstone.
Unfortunately if your hedge is rooted on the other side of the fence, it doesn't belong to you, so you aren't allowed to alter its height. You are however allowed to trim any overhanging growth.
Make sure you communicate with neighbours to avoid arguments and legal disputes.
