These customers both work from home, and living above one of the city’s busiest streets, it was clear that these draughty single glazed windows were just not enough to drown out traffic noise, as well as forcing the customers to have the heating on all day !

Whilst other works have been ongoing inside the flat, the customer had asked me to return and finish off what I had started 😃….

Clean, crisp finished windows that are energy efficient and as good as new !

Today’s customer had that pleasure !

These existing Tilt & Turn windows were poorly fitted , leaking substantial draughts and missing on all the gearing and locks.

This particular customer enjoys the traditional Sash & Case sliding style of window, so here we are…

🔵 Vertical Sliding UPVC supplied & fitted

⚫️ Perfectly level & plumb to ensure maximum heat retention performance

🔵 Double acting sashes allow for self cleaning

⚫️ Beautiful gold hardware to finish these off

Another successful transformation of old single glazed Sash & Case windows 😍

These dormer windows were so draughty! Also the severe condensation was a major problem, not only for the longevity of the timber sashes and spoiling the internal decor but more importantly health !

You can see the mould accumulating on the timber and glass ! Not ideal for breathing in 😷

So…..

🔵 Single glazing removed

⚫️ Energy efficient double glazing installed

🔵 All sashes thoroughly draught proofed

⚫️ Full external painting carried out

🔵 Internal prepped for decoration

⚫️ New slim brass Brighton fasteners fitted

The customers and their daughter can now sleep comfy and cosy with all draughts excluded, and massive reduction in road noise. Not to mention the amazing heat retention !

The lower heating bills are just the cherry on top 🥰👌🏼
