Finishing off the week with sill replacements In Edinburgh 😃

Recent sash window repair and door restoration. We removed the windows and stripped them back to the timber replacing or repairing any rotten wood. Putty is then replaced to ensure a good seal with the glass. We remove the surrounding sand mastic and replace. The windows are then re roped and painted with out two part paint system to bring them back to a condition that will see them last many more years.

Another happy customer! Today we re roped the top and bottom sash windows and replaced missing weights from the top sash. The exterior of the window has had a fresh coat of weather shield paint and the mastic replaced. Happy Friday!!
