**************** COVID 19 - UPDATE *********************

We are back working!!

At the moment we are starting back on outdoor jobs only due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic. However, we should point out that because of increased lead times on certain materials, due to the current situation, it may not be possible to commence some jobs for a number of weeks.

We are aware that a number of internal jobs accepted prior to lockdown have either had to be suspended mid-way through or were delayed indefinitely. We will, as soon as we are able, re-arrange the commencement date of these jobs or for any job we were part way through will ensure your work is completed before all others.

As was the case during lockdown, if you have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed please get in touch and we will try and help you out.

To ensure we are keeping ourselves and you safe during the work what we ask for is as follows:

On the day:-

• Please make known if you are in the shielding/vulnerable category
• Please CANCEL should you or a member of your household be displaying any signs of Coronavirus (COVID-19), however mild or have been asked to self-isolate

During the work:-

• We will not shake hands with you or any member of your household when introducing ourselves.
• If applicable please stay in a separate room or a minimum of 2m away for the duration of the work being carried out.
• If possible, open a window in the room(s) where the work is being carried out to allow for ventilation
• Leave all doors ajar/open
• Please sanitise the work area, where possible, before we arrive

We would like to thank everyone who has purchased one of our Transformer Benches, as this has kept us from going stir crazy during lockdown.

As we’ve been stuck in lockdown we have made what we’re calling “The Transformer Bench”.

As you can see, it transforms from a compact garden bench into a full size picnic table, easily able to accommodate a family of 4. As it may be a while til we’re able to socialise outside our own households this would allow you to enjoy some outdoor living with the good weather that appears to be accompanying lockdown.

We are taking orders for these, if you would like to order one please drop us a message.

£159 plus free delivery within Edinburgh, £10 delivery charge for East, West and Mid Lothian.

In line with the Government’s instructions we have temporarily postponed all jobs in the diary and will not be booking any more in until after the “lockdown” is over.

That said, should you have any emergency jobs that require urgent attention, please do get in touch and we will try and assist.

Let’s all follow the guidelines and get through this as quickly and as safely as possible!

****Coronavius Update****

We are currently still operational however, we are working within current government guidelines.

Until we are advised to completely close we will continue to work on jobs already booked in, providing the customers are happy for us to do so.

We will still undertake garden and other outside work along with any smaller internal maintenance items you require to be completed at this time.

If you have any emergency work that you need done we will be available to help you out in most cases.

We will not commence any new bathroom or kitchen refurbishments in the short term unless the property is completely vacant. This is to protect our customers from being left with no kitchen or showering/bathing facilities in their homes while there is the possibility of a national lockdown.

Please note that if you do run out of toilet roll, under no circumstances should you flush kitchen roll, tissues or anything that is not toilet roll down the toilet. None of these other items are designed to breakdown in the same way as toilet roll and can cause major issues within the system. Instead, you should adopt a European style of disposal and have a dedicated sanitary waste bin in your bathroom and, dispose of it in your landfill waste bin.

Maintenance free garden makeover for a new build.

Slabbed bin store area at the bottom of the garden, artificial grass either side of the path and bordered with decorative gravel. Full height fence slats down the middle to match the fencing erected by the house builders.
