Morning all, just to give a quick update………. We are working through getting lights down but sure u can understand the weather is slowing things down. The snow & ice is making it a bit dangerous & taking longer than hoped.
Next week the weather looks milder so hopefully will speed things up.
Will get round asap

Hi ho hi ho back to work tomorrow we go……… how fast did that go.
We would like to wish all customers a Happy New Year & hope all had great festivities.

We will be removing lights from this week, weather permitting of course & we will get round them all as quick as possible. If you are worried u won’t be in we can remove them without u being there or welcome to put lead on window cill.

With the money raised as we always have we made a charity contribution, this year we entered the Penicuik Light Parade & along with our donation this raised over £5000 for cash for kids, British Heart Foundation & other local charities. Quite a sight & quite an amount.

We will get round as quick as possible.

Christmas lights 2025 💥🌲

Tell you what it gets quicker every year, we can’t believe it’s almost that time again.

As we have over the last few years we will be starting to put lights up from around the 17th of November to allow most to have up for December 1st.

We will supply all fixings & hooks, but we do not supply lights, we can advise on light length or type.
Cost will all so include removal in January/February.

We appreciate people are keen to get lights down after Christmas but we close for a few weeks & January can be sketchy with the weather so please be patient we will get to you. 🙏

As we do every year we will be taking a % of the money made to make a charity donation to help kids & families at Christmas, which can be a difficult time of year for many. ❤️

Well that’s a wrap on Christmas lights for this year.

We would like to thank all customers & a special thank to all who gave extra towards the Midlothian Toy Appeal.

Some of the purchases made this year are in picture below.
The referrals go up year on year so it’s great to be able to support a local charity for local kids especially at this time of year.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS 2024 💥🎄

Can’t believe it’s almost that time of year again. We have started taking bookings for fitting exterior Christmas lights.

Same as last year we will be looking to start fitting lights from the 18th of November.

We supply all fittings & gutter hooks but we do not supply the lights, all costs will include removal in January.
