Farm conversion - planning consent was granted earlier in 2024 to convert a farm steading near Greenlaw into a new house with outdoor pool. The house is laid out in a corner of the steadings around a newly landscaped garden.

Nearing completion in Ravelston in Edinburgh. This has been an eighteen month long project to refurbish and extend the former Manse for St Columba's church. Landscape contractor Strata are now working to get the planting established.
