Was delighted to recently obtain Planning Permission for the conversion of a former Masonic Lodge in Dunfermline to a single dwelling. I'm now working on the construction drawings to bring it all to fruition but in the meantime, here a couple of sketch drawings to whet the appetite.

Currently working on a similar new-build near Edinburgh. Wall ties missing, insulation in less than 50% of the walls. An astonishing lack of workmanship. After nearly two years at the design and fundraising stages, our project in Linlithgow is now underway! Probably the most difficult site we have ever encountered - everything has to come in and out through a narrow pend (just out of view) but we are up for a challenge!

Our red doors safely wrapped
Everything in place and nicely colour co-ordinated
Let the work commence!
