This one’s a great example of how you can completely freshen up tired old flooring.

We stripped everything back, removing old vinyl tiles and bathroom tiles, then got the whole area prepped and secured properly. Laid 6mm plywood for a solid base and installed this dark oak click LVT on top 👌

All doors were trimmed to suit the new floor height and the skirtings put back on for a clean finish.

Simple upgrade, big difference.

Another transformation completed by Bsp Flooring 💪

Recent job carried out in a guest apartment in Edinburgh city centre. The subfloor was a riot to begin with — loose and uneven boards throughout. We secured everything properly, fixed all problem areas, and fully ply-lined the floor to create a solid, level base.

Finished off with beautiful oak-style WPC flooring and matching door bars for that clean, seamless look 👌

Another completed flooring job in Edinburgh 👌

For this project, we over-boarded the existing subfloor with 9mm plywood to ensure a smooth, solid base before installing Luvanto Natural Oak flooring. Preparation is key to getting that perfect finish and long-lasting result.

The floor was finished off with clean white scotia beading, which really frames the room beautifully and ties everything together.

The Natural Oak has completely brightened up the living room space — adding warmth, light, and a modern feel while still keeping that classic wood look.

Delighted with how this one turned out!
