Job complete!
Great to see this over the line now. Ceiling was completely ruined with a really bad leak which had to be removed, replaced and re-plastered, brand new coving installed also. Ceiling got a mist coat with watered down johnstones matt emulsion and finished with 2x coats on Johnstones covaplus vinyl matt brilliant white. 2 coats of that on the coving as well.
Some of the paper was also damaged which got 2 fills of Toupret interior filler, sanded down, touched up and coated with next sage green emulsion
