🍂 Is your home ready for autumn?

Before the colder, wetter weather settles in, take ten minutes to give the outside of your home a quick check.

🪟 WINDOWS & DOORS

• Can you feel draughts around closed frames?
• Is there misting between the panes?
• Do any seals look worn or damaged?
• Are your windows or doors becoming difficult to close or lock?

These can be signs that a sealed unit, frame, seal or piece of hardware needs some attention.

🌧️ ROOFLINE & GUTTERING

After rainfall, look out for:

• Leaking or sagging guttering
• Guttering pulling away from the property
• Damaged fascias or soffits
• Water staining on the walls below

Autumn weather can expose small problems quickly—and spotting them early can help prevent water from reaching places it shouldn’t.

Dougal has been eager to get stuck into work and his brother Charlie told him we’re about to get really busy so he’s wasted no time! 🐶
