The countdown is on to the McIntosh Rosebowl Final. Our first time reaching the final of this historic welfare cup. First contended in 1970 we join a list of historic sides to compete for the trophy.

Whilst FC Thistle rarely lose a game, We are on terrific form and will have a strong, well rested squad going into the game. This will be our 5th cup final in our 5 years of competitive football and the lads will be leaving it all out on the park in the aim of bringing the trophy back to the Kirkie Bar at full time.

We are still looking for a Cup Final Partner to help us stock up on supplies for the game to give the team the best possible foundation for a strong performance. Water, Isotonics, Energy gels, snacks etc.

We've got a little change of scenery for tonight's bottom two battle. Elgin Caley are currently 6 points behind us with a game in hand. This is a must win game in our bid to earn a better spot in the Shaka Cup draw and build some momentum for our McIntosh Rosebowl Final.

We'll be heading to the Kirkie at full time for some light refreshments too. Fine day for it!

Brought back down to earth after the big win on Friday. Losing 2-1 at Thornhill. An early goal against the run of play set the tone and we couldn't find the edge to get back in control. Jamie Lees goal from an absolutely hefty Stephen Woodhouse kick was the highlight of the evening.

We move on to Riverside Thistle at home next Tuesday

We start the second half of the league campaign with our second game against Elgin Albion. In our previous encounter, we came away with a 5-4 win after a tense end to an exciting matchup. Few heavy legs after our big win in the cup on Friday, but we're hoping to build momentum as we prepare for our first ever McIntosh Rosebowl Semi FInal.

It hasn't been an ideal league campaign for us. We're currently 7th with 7 points. Elgin Albion are a point behind with a game in hand. Let's hope we can kick start our campaign tonight.

A huge challenge against the unbeaten league title defenders. The lads played exceptionally well and made our opposition earn their three points. 4-1 the final score. We look forward to a cup quarter final against the Kinloss Sappers on Friday.

Another wee job from Taps Aff Maintenance for a repeat customer.
Asked me to plumb in the sink and fit a shower screen, recommended a bifold due to the space in this bath for getting in and out. Picked up the shower screen for the customer yesterday ready for fitment today.
Asked if I have time can I fit the wet wall as a bath panel so I made time for a valued customer and did just that and they look great and finish it off.
Doors to be fitted to the cabinet by Customer as there’s still decorating to be done.
(Never got before pics because I always forget and just want to get stuck into the job at hand)

A long break after our previous game, we've trained, had a kickabout or 2, watched some other games, had a few beers and now we're back at it. This will be our 5th game against Carisbrooke, having won 2, drew 1, and lost one of our previous encounters. An even goal difference with both sides having scored 8 in our 4 matchups.

We're on the verge of a few club milestones, let's hope the boys can make it happen!
