Garden Maintenance Assistant Required
We are a professional garden care company who offer a very high standard to our customers. The ethos at Gillam's is to produce a prestigious look to all gardens. We are based in Herne Bay but cover the surrounding areas of Canterbury, Swale & Herne Bay.
The successful candidate must be reliable and have the ability to work on own and as part of a team, plus:
An eye for detail
Work to a consistent high standard
Be motivated, reliable, honest & punctual
Flexible (may include some weekend work)
Tidy appearance and good customer communication skills
Full UK Driving license essential.
PA1 & PA6 preferred, but not essential
Horticultural qualifications preferred, but not essential
Have a real interest in gardening and be prepared to undertake physically demanding work outdoors in all weather.
Be experienced in use of hedge cutters, strimmers and lawnmowers.
Able to work alongside others and also on own.
Some plant/weed knowledge preferred but not essential.
Ideally we are looking for someone to join us on a self Employed basis, however there may be opportunity for employed status for the right person. Competitive rates of pay, dependant on experience. Early starts during high season. Immediate start.
24-45 hours per week

All workers must wear a mask when travelling in a van with other workers and adhere to all lawful legislation. Hand sanitiser is provided.
