After skimming this bungalow in frodsham we were asked to convert the loft. We put a bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe either side of the bed. Upstairs toilets and sink. A new velux. New radiators and obviously a staircase. Moved the front door to the front from the side and this is how it ended up…….

So after skimming the bungalow we are now doing building work on it. So the loft has potential. There is a front door going on the front and the front door on the side is getting bricked up. Stairs are going in. Toilet and sink upstairs with new door to the boiler. Two windows in the gable. Eventually a new velux will be going in. The bedroom will have a walk-in wardrobe either side.

Here is a bungalow in frodsham we skimmed out. After a few thoughts by the owners we are now going back to do building work. Front door being moved to front ironically 😂. Stairs going in. Loft turning into a bedroom and room to watch tv with walk in wardrobes 👍
