Thought id post a start to finish restoration on the apex of this lovely home.
As you can see this properties apex was in a bad way with paint flaking away the ornamental concrete falling away from the building and just needed some tlc
So we sanded everything down to bare wood installed support rods and laid the new ornamentation.
We then treated the timber with an anti rot and wood hardner that will protect the wood for upto 10 years and gave the required 3 coats of paint to activate the 15yr warranty on the paint.
Once the ornamentation was dry we sealed and primed with a latex based primer before painting.
Then gave everything a good few coats of paint.
