💡 What Do the Numbers on Your Radiator Mean? 🔥

Ever wondered what the numbers on your radiator valve actually do? They’re part of a thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) and play a key role in controlling the temperature of your room by regulating the flow of hot water into the radiator.

Here’s what those numbers mean:
🔢 Lower Numbers: The valve shuts off at a lower temperature, e.g., 1 = ~10°C (50°F).
🔢 Higher Numbers: The valve turns off at a higher temperature, e.g., 4 = ~25°C (77°F).
❄️ Asterisk (*): Usually set to around 5°C (41°F) to prevent frost damage.
