In Ely, the small part garage conversion has been completed. Here we have provided a new opening from the utility room into the garage. Installed the insulated and fireproofed studwork, excavated the floors to install the new drainage and relaid. Fitted a small cloakroom set, new lighting & extraction, plastering, doors, skirting & architraves. A simple but effective local project.

This week we started a single story extension in Wistow. We have removed the existing conservatory and its foundations, removed the block paving and set out the site. Excavation of the new foundations down to 2.2m and the installation of the clay master boards. The concrete was pumped in and the levels set ready for the blockwork for the floor beams.

We returned to a project in Newmarket to install the new boundary fence to the recently completed annex. Concrete slotted posts with large concrete gravel boards hold the bespoke timber panels.

In the joinery workshop, the joiners have designed and constructed a “storage wall” to divide a bedroom and en-suite. The door will be installed in the centre of the units, providing access to the new en-suite. The units have been constructed with laminated furniture board and moisture resistance MDF doors & panels with push to open door hinges, hanging rails and shelves.

At the loft conversion in Witcham, the plastering has been completed, the joiners have fitted the bespoke oak staircase...

At the loft conversion in Witcham, the plastering has been completed, the joiners have fitted the bespoke oak staircase, the roofers have installed the flat roof, the external cement board cladding has been fitted, the windows have been installed and the decoration has commenced.
