🐷 PIG WEEK! 🐷

Little farmers had a great time at South Angle Farm Park this week!

The pigs also had a fantastic time getting lots of yummy veg and even some watermelon (their favourite! 🍉)

Everyone's paper plate pigs looked fantastic!

MINIBEASTS WEEK! 🪲🦟🦗

Thank you to all our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park who came to our final week of this half-term, we had a great time meeting some of our minibeasts, especially Deano the red-legged millipede! 🐛

Our chicks hatched!!! 🐣🐣🐣

Our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park carefully collected eggs from our chickens a few weeks ago, and did an excellent job because 9 chicks hatched!
You were all so gentle with our little chicks this week, they loved meeting you 🐥

Next week is our final week of this term and we will be meeting our minibeasts 🪲🐛

Thank you to everyone who came to little farmers at South Angle Farm Park this week!
We had a lovely time doing a nature hunt around the farm and made some wonderful dreamcatchers.

We'd love to see your dreamcatchers hanging up if you have any pictures!

Thank you to all our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park who made some fantastic snuffle tubes for our guinea pigs!

The guinea pigs and rabbits all loved them and the mice even had a snuffle tube as well! 🐰🐭

Next week we will be doing a scavenger hunt around around the farm and making dream catchers from things we find. If you find anything in the meantime that you want to bring in for your dreamcatcher please do. 🌱🍂🍁🌾

Please keep saving and bringing in those toilet roll tubes as we will use them for an upcoming minibeast craft… 🐛

Thank you to all our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park this week who helped us transform a empty patch of compost into a beautiful flower bed! You all did an excellent job! 🌷🌻🌷

Next week we will be meeting our guinea pigs and making forage tubes for them so remember to bring in any toilet roll, kitchen roll or wrapping paper tubes!

This week our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park had fun meeting our chickens and collecting eggs!🐓🥚 The eggs we collected are all incubating and hopefully in a few weeks chicks will hatch 🐣

Next week we will be planting seeds 🌱🌱🌱

For the week after next we will be making guinea pig forage tubes, so please get saving any kitchen roll tubes! If you can bring them in next week so we have them in advance that would be fantastic!
